The SQA Academy team are planning to adopt a new method of developing courses using the Agile (Scrum and Kanban) method.
The main benefits of this method's adoption are: rapid prototyping of course structures; content-owners becoming co-designers of the course; improved flexibility of team as a whole; better management of team members' time; the improved tracking of course development; to name just a few.
Adoption will take place after training is completed by team members - likely to be in June 2017. If you have any questions about this and what it means for you, please contact the Academy Project Manager by clicking here: Russell Taylor.
